WHAT IS SOMATIC COACHING
Drawing on training from The Somatic School in London, we integrate advanced somatic practices with Compassionate Inquiry principles to support deep, lasting growth. This approach enhances self-awareness through exploring the physical sensations tied to emotions, improves emotional regulation by calming the nervous system, reduces stress while increasing mental clarity, builds emotional resilience to navigate challenges with greater ease, and supports trauma healing by addressing emotions stored within the body.

Frequency: We start with regular sessions to build a strong foundation, then gradually reduce frequency as you gain confidence in applying what we’ve learned. Our ultimate aim is for you to thrive independently, using our support only when life presents new challenges.
Flexibility: Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Both in-person and online sessions available.
