My approach is nervous-system-first, body-led, and built around the many parts of you. The ones that protected you. The ones that are exhausted. The ones that never got to speak. We get curious about all of them — where they came from, what they've been carrying, and what a different way of being might actually feel like.
Sessions are tailored to what you're bringing each time. There's no formula, no one-size-fits-all pathway. Just honest, responsive work that meets you where you actually are.

A gentle, deep process for exploring the emotional patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that quietly shape your life. Developed by Dr Gabor Maté, this approach helps you understand not just what you feel, but where it started and why it made perfect sense at the time. Particularly supportive for chronic stress, anxiety, shame, burnout, and patterns that keep showing up no matter how hard you try to change them.
Meditation
Guided meditation and mindfulness sessions that build your capacity to be present with what's actually happening, inside and around you. Whether you're brand new or experienced, we work with practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and a genuine return to yourself.
Somatic Coaching
The body holds what the mind has been trying to manage. Somatic coaching helps you connect what you feel emotionally to what you sense physically building a more honest, grounded relationship with your own experience. Particularly useful for people who understand their patterns intellectually but can't yet feel their way into changing them.
EFT Tapping
A precise, body-based technique that works directly with the nervous system to reduce emotional intensity and soften stress responses. Practical, accessible, and effective both in session and as a self-use tool between sessions.
Flowpresso (The Weekender)
A full-body immersive experience using deep pressure, gentle heat, and rhythmic compression to support rest, recovery, and nervous system restoration. For when your body needs something beyond words.
LightStim (Carry-On)
